Safety
Monarch has an award-winning safety program that requires all Project Managers and Superintendents to be a minimum of OSHA 30-hour certified and all Field Crew are a minimum of OSHA 10-hour certified. All employees, regardless of position, are CPR trained. We maintain an in-house Safety Director.
